Q: Can gift packages be used for different people?
A: For our multi-ticket packages, each Gift Ticket has a unique code valid for one time use. The tickets can be shared and used by multiple people or used individually, providing the recipient (and gift giver) complete flexibility. The Frequent Climber 10-Pass has one code good for 10 visits. The holder can choose to use some of their allotted visits to bring one or more guests. Anytime Adventure Season Passes are valid for the passholder only.
Q: Can gift tickets by used for special events, like Glow in the Park or Twilight?
A: Yes! These are All Ages, Anytime Tickets. Please note that “Try It” tickets are only redeemable for Twilight/Last Call.
Q: Can I use these gift tickets immediately?
A: Gift packages can be used while the park is still open this season and do not expire.
Q: How do I redeem these codes?
A: To book your climb, visit our website and enter the Redemption Code in the “Apply Promo Code or Gift Card” field at check out.
Q: Do these tickets ever expire?
A: Our gift packages do not expire, with the exception of the Anytime Adventure Season Pass.
Q: If I buy a gift ticket package (for example, a 4 pack) and need to purchase an additional ticket(s) when I make the reservation, can I get the discounted rate?
A: Any additional tickets added to the reservation will be at the regular ticket price. It may be worth choosing a higher level gift package just in case!
Q: How are the gift tickets sent?
A: We offer both free email and paper delivery, with the option of USPS Priority Express for an additional fee. Please note that orders must be placed by December 15, 2019 for paper delivery options.
